About Us
Our funeral home and staff have always been dedicated to providing a high level of personal professional service. The history of this level of service dates back to the late 1800’s with the Neidecker family. Most recently starting in 1958, Cliff and Kathleen Crosser along with their son, John and Sue Crosser have continued this level of service.
In 2002, the Crosser Family welcomed a new partner, Tom Priesman. With Cliff Crosser’s passing in 2019 and John Crosser’s semi-retirement in 2023, Tom and Kathy Priesman took over ownership of the funeral home. The Crosser’s philosophy of putting the needs of the client’s family first has continued on with the Priesman Family.
We currently have four locations serving all of Ottawa County. Our Elmore-Genoa Chapel serves western Ottawa County; our Oak Harbor Chapel serves central Ottawa County; our Port Clinton and Peninsula Chapel serves all of eastern Ottawa County including the Erie Islands
We are Ottawa County’s only locally owned and operated funeral home and we are extremely proud of our personal and professional involvement in the community. Our entire staff is personally invested in the communities we live in and this shows through their community involvement.
