Wynn J. Novotny

Wynn J. Novotny, 98, of Marblehead, OH died Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at Ohio Veterans Home, Sandusky, OH. He was born December 20, 1920 in Marblehead, OH the son of Michael and Jennie (Harnad) Novotny. Wynn worked at Biro Manufacturing retiring in 1985. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church Marblehead and he was a veteran of the United States Army serving in World War II. He was a member of the Marblehead American Legion and he enjoyed cooking and walking. He is survived by his nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brothers: Edward, Paul, Joseph and Raymond Novotny; sisters: Germaine Ontko, Julia Gdovicak and Grace Stofka. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Father James Brown 10:00 am Friday, March 29, 2019 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 822 Barclay St. Marblehead, OH. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Church Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be given to Danbury Township Fire Department, 9551 E. Harbor Rd. LakesideMarblehead, OH 43440.
