William David Phillips

William D. "Coke" Phillips, 66, of Port Clinton, OH passed away Sunday, July 24, 2022 at Firelands Regional Medical Center, Sandusky, OH. He was born April 12, 1956 in Roanoke, VA the son of Willie Elmo and Blanche (Jordan) Phillips, Sr. He was a United States Army Veteran. William worked at Standard Products in Port Clinton for 20 years. He was a longtime member of the Port Clinton Eagles and Port Clinton V.F.W. where he was active in the honor guard. Surviving are his brother: Donald (Debbie) Phillips of Port Clinton, sister: Judith Wheeler of Port Clinton. He was preceded in death by his father Willie Phillips, Sr; mother and step father Blanche and Paul Dickson; sister: Rebecca Phillips Mitchell; brothers: Willie E. Phillips, Jr, Kelly C. Phillips and Logan Dickson. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 am Thursday, July 28, 2022 at Neidecker, Crosser & Priesman Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 1124 Fulton St. Port Clinton, OH. Visitation will be held in the funeral home on Thursday from 10:00 am until the time of the service. Interment will follow in Riverview Cemetery, Port Clinton with military honors.
