Wanda V. Short

Wanda V. Short, 94 of Port Clinton, OH died Saturday, March 12, 2022 at her home with family and under Hospice Care. She was born September 3, 1927 to the late August and Kathryn (Glowaski) Sarty. On August 6, 1988 she married Lester Short who preceded her in death April 30, 2002. Wanda was a homemaker who enjoyed playing Bingo, go gambling, and collecting antique furniture. Survivors include her daughter Kathy (Ron) Chaffin of Port Clinton; granddaughters Rhonda (Ron Adkins) Chaffin and Rachel (Jim) Crowe; grandson Jayson (Kim) Chaffin; great- grandchildren: James Crowe, Ava Chaffin, and Tenley Chaffin. She was also preceded in death by her 1st husband James Ellenberger, her son James Ellenberger, grandson James (Little Jimmy) Ellenberger Jr, and great- granddaughter Jaylah Chaffin. All services will be handled privately by the family through the Neidecker, Crosser & Priesman Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Port Clinton Chapel.
