Walter M. Shrader

Walter M. Shrader, 70, of Elmore, OH, died Wednesday, June 25, 2008 at his home. He was born in Toledo, OH on April 11, 1938, the son of William & Ann (Barker) Shrader. Walter was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Vietnam War, and was a member of the American Legion in Elmore. He was a metallurgist for the Brush-Wellman Company, Elmore, retiring after 40 years of service. Walter is survived by his companion, Dolores Holland, Elmore; daughters, Victoria (David) Selhorst, Elmore, and Shelley (Matt) Jagielski, Toledo; sister, Sally Germani, Sheffield, OH; grandchildren, Dylan & Dalton Selhorst, and Ashley, Allie, & Madison Jagielski; and nephews, Michael & William Germani. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother-in-law, Anthony Germani. Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Walter's Life on Sunday, July 27, 2008 from 2-5 P.M. at the Elmore American Legion, Elmore, OH.
