Virginia Quinn

Virginia Quinn, 94, died August 31, 2017 at Otterbein North Shore Retirement Community, Marblehead, Ohio. She was born in Zanesville, Ohio to John C. and Eva (Van Wormer) Summers on September 7, 1922. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother William Summers of Tennessee, husbands: Robert W. Burley (1972) and Richard Quinn (2006). She is survived by her son Robert W. Burley Jr. (Linda), and grandsons Jason Burley and Brandon Burley, all of Las Vegas, Nevada and her daughter, Deborah Burley-Biro (Robert Biro) of Marblehead, Ohio. Mrs. Quinn retired from the Muskingum County Board of Elections in 1989. She loved gaming, working with flowers, sewing, and was a golfer with the Zanesville Country Club Women's League. A memorial service will be held in Zanesville at a later date.
