Vincent L. Ballin

Vincent L. Ballin, 46, of Port Clinton, died Saturday, September 13, 2008 at his residence. He was born Feb. 23, 1962 in Port Clinton, the son of the late Dixon and Betty (Lester) Ballin. Mr. Ballin worked as a laborer for Come Sail Away Marina. Surviving are his sisters: Vareda Smith and Margaret Dress both of Port Clinton; brothers: Richard Ballin, Sr. of Port Clinton, Dixon Ballin, Jr. of Michigan; step-mother: Joyce Wears-Ballin of Port Clinton; three step-brothers; two step-sisters; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother James. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 am Friday, September 19, 2008 at Neidecker, LeVeck & Crosser Funeral Home, Port Clinton where visitation will be held from 9:00 am until the time of the service.
