Vicky L. King

Vicky L. (Cole) King, 62 of Oak Harbor, OH died Thursday, December 27, 2018 at Stein Hospice, Sandusky, OH. She was born February 1, 1956 in Napoleon, OH to Donna (Stevenson) Cole. She was a 1974 graduate of Danbury High School. On February 28, 1974 she married David King, and he survives. Vicky worked for Senior Resources in Ottawa County until her illness. She was a member of Erie Shores Assembly of God, Port Clinton, OH. She enjoyed taking care of the elderly, animals (especially her dog Max), traveling and attending her grandchildrens sporting events. Survivors include her husband of 44 years David of Oak Harbor, OH; son James (Stephanie) King of Sarasota, FL; daughter Candace (Steven) Meade of Port Clinton; mother Donna (John) Darnall of Georgia; brother Richard (Joyce) Cole of Georgia; sisters: Jeannie (David) Walker of Georgia, Joyce Goldstein of Georgia, and Laurie (Kevin) Forney of Port Clinton; grandchildren: Christopher, Gregory, and Adam King, Christian, Madison and Payton Meade. She was preceded in death by a son Adam King and brother- in- law Michael Goldstein. Visitation will be Monday from 11-1pm at the Erie Shores Assembly of God, Port Clinton where services will begin at 1pm, at the Church, under the direction of the Crosser Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Oak Harbor Chapel.
