Todd H. Buehler

Todd H. Buehler, 52, of Oak Harbor, OH died suddenly Saturday, June 13, 2009 at Memorial Hospital, Fremont, OH. He was born May 8, 1957 in Oregon, OH to the late Robert and Earline (Cumbie) Buehler. He was a 1975 graduate of Genoa High School. On November 20, 1998 he married the former Jodi Ravas and she survives. He had worked at Brush Wellman in Elmore for over twenty years as a Maintenance Supervisor and was currently a Maintenance Supervisor at H.J. Heinz Company in Fremont. Todd was affiliated with St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church in Oak Harbor, was a past volunteer Firefighter/EMS for over fifteen years in Genoa, and loved fishing, golfing, Steelers and Buckeyes. He was also quite proud of his involvement with the Genoa High School renovation to the baseball diamond, as well as striping the field for the Genoa Comet Football Field. Survivors include his wife Jodi of Oak Harbor, sons: Chad (Cari) Buehler of Genoa, OH, Joseph and Brodie Buehler both of Graytown, OH; step-sons: Michael Hanthorn of Oak Harbor, Theodore (Alia) Ravas of Port Clinton, OH; step-daughter Kristina Blatt of Oak Harbor; brothers: Robert Buehler of Carlton, MI and Royce (Cheryl) Buehler of Genoa; sister Carol DeVore of Muncie, IN and grandchildren: Madelyn, Brooklyn, Gracelyn Buehler and Makenzie Hanthorn. Friends are invited to call from 2-9 P.M. Tuesday at Crosser Funeral Home, Oak Harbor, and from 1-3 P.M. Wednesday at St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church, Oak Harbor, where funeral services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Rev. Keith Hunsinger will officiate, and interment will be in Union Cemetery, Oak Harbor. Memorial Contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
