Timothy M. Martin

Timothy Michael Martin, 68 of Elmore, OH and formerly of Hagerstown, MD, died unexpectedly Thursday, December 29, 2016 at his home. He was born January 25, 1948 in Camden, NJ to the late Richard and Clarice (Eyler) Martin. He was a graduate of Riverview High School in Riverview, MI. He was a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Tim was a member of Heritage Baptist Church in Elmore. When he was able, he enjoyed volunteering his time at the former Washington County Hospital in Hagerstown, MD. Tim had a passion for collecting guns, stamps, and coins. Survivors include his children: Michael Martin of Elmore, OH, Matthew (Rorey) Martin of Elmore, OH and Kathleen (Jeremy) Wallace of Woodville, OH; grandchildren: Ali, Kevin, Lexi, Eli, Cooper and sister Cassandra Martin of Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Stephen Martin. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5-7pm at the Crosser Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Elmore- Genoa Chapel, 19550 W. SR 51, Elmore, OH 43416. Graveside services and interment will take place on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at 11am at the Harris- Elmore Union Cemetery, Elmore. Being and amputee, the family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the family so that they may help to fund prosthetic devices for amputees.
