Thomas Lyman Griggs

Thomas Lyman Griggs, 85, of Port Clinton passed away Thursday, November 4, 2021 at Firelands Regional Medical Center, Sandusky, OH. He was born March 20, 1936 in Lorain, OH the son of Lyman and Pauline (Durfee) Griggs. Tom grew up in Huron and resided for most of his adult life in Port Clinton, OH. He was a United States Army Veteran serving from 1955 p 1958. He retired from Republic Services. Surviving are his five sons; one daughter; sisters: Lois, Ginny and Barb and his close second family Carol Kirby and her husband Denvil Kirby who preceded him in death. He is also preceded in death by his parents and sister: Marilyn. A Celebration of his Life will be held in December at Catawba Island Township Community Hall.
