Thomas L. Rhodes

Thomas L. Rhodes, 61, of Port Clinton, OH passed away Saturday, December 9, 2023 at Firelands Regional Medical Center, Sandusky, OH. He was born January 5, 1962 in Port Clinton, a son of Robert E. and Helen P. (Beckley) Rhodes, Sr. Tommy was a marine mechanic for 30+ years at Catawba Island Marina. He previously served on the Port Clinton Fire Department and attained the rank of Chief Engineer. He loved NASCAR, especially Dale Earnhardt, Sr., following the Cleveland Browns and a good Busch Light.

Surviving are his son: Anthony “Tony” Lattimore of Oak Harbor, OH; siblings: Robert (Joyce) Rhodes, Jr. of Lorain, OH, Mary Ellen (Gary) Beekman of Springfield, OH, Judy (Russ Havener) Bruning of Port Clinton, Kenneth Rhodes of Colchester, CT, Peggy (Ernie) Hopkins of Port Clinton and many nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Tommy’s Life will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be given to the Port Clinton Fire and EMS, P. O. Box 528186, Port Clinton, OH 43452.
