Thomas G. Warren

Thomas G. Warren, Jr, 68, of Fremont, Ohio and formerly of Bullard, Texas died Friday, August 22, 2008 at Bethesda Care Center, Fremont. He was born on May 14, 1940 in Port Clinton, the son of the late Thomas G. and Margaret (Geis) Warren, Sr. On January 20, 1961 he married Katherine Peters and she preceded him in death in 2003. Tom worked as a brick layer in Texas and Ohio for over 25 years until he retired in February 1990. He was a veteran of the United States Navy and an avid NASCAR fan. Survivors include his sons: Thomas G. Warren III and Patrick Warren, both of Missouri; daughter: Leann Murphy, Dallas Texas; grandchildren: Melissa & Jessica Warren, Amanda Williams, Eric Murphy, Brandon and Jacob Warren; great grandchildren: Nadia, Joseph and Mason; brother: Terry "Butch" (Barb) Warren, Port Clinton; sisters: Tona Silverwood, Fremont, OH; Carolyn (James) Silverwood, Marblehead, OH; Edna "Cookie" Harvey, Virginia; Clarise "Corky" (Dale Allen) Lane, Port Clinton, OH; numerous nieces and nephews and numerous great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, and an infant brother: John Warren. Private family services will be held at a later date.
