Theresa Czerwony

Theresa Czerwony, 91, of Marblehead, OH died June 6, 2008 at Stein Hospice Care Center, Sandusky, OH. She was born May 24, 1917 in Cleveland, OH the daughter of the late Anton & Kattie (Sarnowski) Kapela. She married Joseph Czerwony on June 10, 1939 and he preceded her in death on Dec. 26, 1998. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Marblehead. Surviving are her son, Donald J. (Nancy) Czerwony of Marblehead, David P. (Pam) Czerwony of Diamond, OH, Dennis J. (Helen) Czerwony of Brooklyn, OH; ten grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren and her brother, Don Kapela of Lakewood, OH. She was preceded in death by her husband; Parents; and brothers, Anthony J., Bruno, and Leo Kapela. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by the Rev. Fr. Daniel Ring at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, June 10, 2008 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Marblehead, OH. Visitation will be held Monday from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. at Neidecker, LeVeck & Crosser Funeral Home, Peninsula Chapel, Lakeside-Marblehead, Ohio. Interment will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Marblehead.
