Tanja Beach of Lakeside Marblehead passed away on Thursday March 27th from complications of POTS. Born in Neumnster Germany August 21, 1973, she moved to Alabama with her family while her dad served in the German Army. It was here that she met and fell in love with Tab. Following Tab's completion of flight school, their journey of military life began. First landing them in Fort Riley where Dusten was born. The birth of Dusten at only 23 weeks gestation brought many challenges that she met head on with no hesitation. She became his greatest advocate, never using the words can't or will never. Her love and devotion to him was beyond words. Soon they began going overseas to Korea, living in a one-room apartment she made into a home. She had the ability to make any place feel like home. After Korea, she moved to Germany. Stuttgart would bring an additional blessing for them with the birth of Kylie. She enjoyed being stationed close to her family. Soon they would move back to the US as Tab transferred to the Coast Guard. This brought the wonderful addition of Teagen in Florida. The devotion and love she had for her children and Tab was endless and beyond compare. Always ready for an adventure, she never looked back but always forward. She devoted every bit of love and strength she had to making sure her children had everything and would not go without. She wanted to make sure that they knew how much they were loved. Tanja provided an amazing home for friends and family to gather. Always welcoming you in for a stay, a quick chat, and a cup of coffee. Upon Tab's retirement from the USCG in the fall of 2013, she found her forever home by the lake, a place she never would feel that military wife itch and ask when are we moving again. She was able to take in the views and sounds that lake life had to offer. Every time she would come home, she would always say "Hi House". Enjoying lakeside picnics and frequent trips to the lighthouse with her family, she had found her happy place. The family wishes to thank you all for your support during her illness and passing. Please continue to hold them in your prayers as they deal with the loss of a great mom and wife. Surviving are her husband: Tab; children: Dusten A. Kabisch-Beach, Kylie E. Beach, Teagen S. Beach; parents: Peter and Baerbel Kabisch of Germany; brother: Tobias P. Kabisch of Germany and grandmother: Dora Kabisch of Germany.
