Steve Krynock, 65, passed away on March 8th 2018 with his family surrounding him at Bethesda Care Center in Fremont, Ohio after a long history of health issues. Steve is the son Of Clarence and Luella (Taylor) Krynock and grew up in Gypsum, Ohio. Steve graduated from Port Clinton High School in 1970 and went on to Aquinas college where he played 5 years of Basketball and Baseball. After college he taught school and coached at Port Clinton & Fremont Ross schools for several years before going into the Marina business in Port Clinton where he helped build Drawbridge Marina. He is now one of the owners of Drawbridge, a family business along with his 2 nephews Matt and Mark Paeth. Steve was a member of the Port Clinton Yacht Club, Nor Easter Club and Hickory Bay for many years! Steve is survived by his wife of 40 years, Debbie Hershey Krynock , Sister Karen Schiewe and her ex-husband John and many Nieces and Nephews who he considered their kids too. Steve and Debbie loved vacationing in the Caribbean for many many years and now own Timeshares in St. Croix . Steves Sister and Brother in laws surviving are Ruthie (John) Caputo, Ken (Ann) Hershey, Jack (Cathy) Hershey, Nephews: God Son, Adam Schiewe, Matt (Rachell) Paeth, Mark (Cheryl) Paeth, Mike (Beth) Paeth, Jack (Sharon) Hershey, Trisha (Matt) Whatley. Special family who were like his own grandkids were Matthew and Hannah Paeth (Matts), Taylor, Karly and Kendra Paeth (Marks), and Alayna, Sammy and Brennen Paeth (Mikes) Debbie, Karen and Ruthie would like to thank all our family and friends for your prayers and support during Steves long journey. We will never forget! Visitation will be Monday, March 12, 2018 from 2-4 and 6-8 at Neidecker, LeVeck & Crosser Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 1124 Fulton St. Port Clinton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Father John Missler 10:00 am Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 414 Madison St. Port Clinton, OH. Interment will be in Christy Chapel Cemetery following mass.
