Stanley V. Mista

Stanley V. Mista, 87, formerly of Port Clinton, died Saturday April 14, 2007 at Firelands Regional Medical Center, Sandusky, OH. He was born May 10, 1919, a son of Walenty & Antonina Mista. Stanley retired from the Erie Army Depot in 1969. He was a member of the Immaculate Conception Church and the Knights of Columbus 1750 of Port Clinton. Surviving is his son, Michael of Atlanta and a sister, Bernice Zales. He was preceded in death by his wife Dorothy in 2000; his parents, and brothers Frank and Joseph Mista The family will receive friends from 5-8 P.M. Tuesday at the Neidecker, LeVeck & Crosser Funeral Home, Port Clinton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 A.M. Wednesday at Immaculate Conception Church with the Rev. John C. Missler officiating. Interment will follow in Riverview Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
