Ryan James Murrell

Ryan James Murrell, 26, of Port Clinton, OH passed away Sunday, August 30, 2020 at his home. He was born May 24, 1994 in Sandusky, OH the son of Jerald James Murrell and Kimberly (Whitt) Zacharias. Ryan worked in landscaping and was a member of Port Clinton Bible Methodist Church. He was an avid sportsman and enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and being a jokester. Surviving are his father: Jerald (Amy) Murrell of Port Clinton; mother: Kimberly (Randy) Zacharias of Fostoria; brother: Justin Murrell of Port Clinton; sisters: Kristy (Matt) Howard of Catawba Island, Aaliyah Zacharias of Fostoria; grandparents: Donna Mattox of Port Clinton, Nevery Whitt of Port Clinton, Theodore Murrell of Port Clinton; nieces and nephews: Peyton, Gabriella, Parker, Addilynne. He was preceded in death by his grandfather: Asie Whitt and step-grandfather: Phil Mattox. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 pm Thursday, September 3, 2020 at Neidecker, Crosser & Priesman Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 1124 Fulton St. Port Clinton, OH where visitation will be held Thursday from 11:00 am until the time of the service. Interment will be in Riverview Cemetery, Port Clinton. Memorial contributions may be given to the family to help with funeral expenses.
