Ryan D. Hetrick

Ryan David Hetrick, 26, of Toledo, Ohio died Wednesday, April 23, 2008 at his residence. He was born on October 4, 1981, in Port Clinton, Ohio, the son of Michael A. Hetrick and Jane Harris. He worked for Local 911-Toledo, as a meatcutter for various Kroger stores in Toledo. His hobbies included fishing, hunting, and listening to music. In addition to his parents, Ryan is survived by his brother, Jeffrey Hetrick, Port Clinton; sister, Sarah Hetrick, Port Clinton; paternal grandparents, Bob and Jan Hetrick, Port Clinton; maternal grandfather: Bobby Ramey; aunt, LuAnn (Denny) Wood, Port Clinton; uncles, John S. Ramey, of Florida, and Mark (Valarie) Hetrick, Piketon, Ohio, and numerous relatives in Tennessee. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Ida Mae Ramey; great grandparents, Sam & Jane Beverlin, Anna Hetrick, and Frank & Thelma Mears. The family will receive friends from 28 PM Sunday at Neidecker, LeVeck & Crosser Funeral Home, 1124 Fulton Street, Port Clinton. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday, April 28, at St. John Lutheran Church, 207 Adams Street, Port Clinton where additional visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until the time of the service. Reverend James Lehman will officiate, and interment will be in Union Cemetery, Oak Harbor, OH. Memorial contributions may be made to Ryan's family or to Erie Township Fire & EMS.
