Ruth M. Hagerty

Ruth M. Hagerty, 58, of Port Clinton, died Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at her residence. She was born Jan. 9, 1956 in Fremont, the daughter of Joseph and Donna (Frantz) Hagerty. Ruth graduated from Port Clinton High School and formerly owned and operated Classic Touch Professional Cleaning. Surviving are her sister: Mary (Jerry) Higgins of Port Clinton; brothers: Pat (Shelly) Hagerty of Ft. Thomas, KY, Mark (Angie Heineman) Hagerty of Put-in-Bay, Mike Hagerty of Albuquerque, NM, Quin (Susan) Hagerty of Jacksonville, FL; sister-in-law: Kathy Hagerty of Albuquerque, NM and 15 nieces & nephews who thought she was the best aunt Ruth ever. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother: Brian Hagerty. Though Ruth struggled sometimes in life, she is now back together with her mother and father receiving their love. Private interment will be in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Fremont, OH. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to the family.
