Ruth I. Hildebrand

Ruth I. Hildebrand, 96, of Port Clinton and formerly of Mansfield died Friday, May 09, 2014 at Magruder Hospital, Port Clinton, OH. She was born August 18, 1917 in Marion, OH the daughter of Thomas and Nina (McGrath) Noblet. She married Harvey J. Hildebrand on Sept. 17, 1937 and he preceded her in death in March of 1986. Mrs. Hildebrand was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Mansfield, OH and she enjoyed perch and walleye fishing. Surviving are her daughter: Carol A. Womeldorf of Port Clinton; granddaughters: Heidi (Tom) Blodget tof Gallipolis, OH, Julia (Jack) Bene of Willoughby, OH; great-grandchildren: Katie Blodgett, Sarah Blodgett; sister: Ann (James) Starner of Bucyrus, OH. She was preceded in death by her husband; brothers: Richard Noblet and Paul Noblet. Graveside services will be held Monday, May 12, 2014 at Oakwood Cemetery, Bucyrus, OH with Rev.
