Roger A. Riehm, 79, of Elmore, OH died suddenly Thursday, November 6, 2008 at his home. He was born on August 5, 1929 in Genoa, OH to the late Norman and Helen (Neeb) Riehm. On October 17, 1953 he married the former Betty Crozier of Elmore. Mr. Riehm was a 1947 graduate of Harris- Elmore High School and a 1954 graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Chemical Engineering. He retired in 1985 from ARCO Technologies in Philadelphia, PA. as a Chemical Engineer. Roger designed and started up Plants for the Petro- Chemical Industry throughout 24 different countries. He loved sailing, was a charter member of the Portage Valley Flying Club, a member of the Elmore Historical Society, Association for Research and Enlightenment in Virginia Beach, VA, and "Search for God" in Bowling Green, OH. Survivors include his wife Betty of Elmore, son Roger K. (Kim) Riehm of Haddonfield, NJ; daughters Merry (Gary) Constantino of Buffalo, NY and Gretchen (Tom) Rymers of Genoa, OH; Grandchildren: David (Leah), Steven, James, and Jon Rymers, Isabella and Christina Constantino; Great-Grandchildren Abigail and Elizabeth Rymers; and Brother Eldon (Margaret) Riehm of California. He was preceded in death by his parents, and sister Marian Riehm. Visitation will be from 1-4pm Friday, November 28, 2008 with Services beginning at 4:15pm at the Crosser Funeral Home, Elmore with the Rev. Linda Nanninga officiating.
