Roberta Lynn Brock

Roberta L. Brock, 50, of Oak Harbor, OH died suddenly Thursday, Oct. 19, 2006 at H. B. Magruder Hospital in Port Clinton. She was born April 18, 1956 in Alliance, OH to Howard A. and Catherine J. (Boyd) Brain. Roberta was employed by the Midwest Crisis Center in Oak Harbor. She was a member of Beginning Experience and also served on the Board of Directors of “First Step” in Fostoria. Survivors include her daughter Violet “Jeanne” Villard of Louisville, OH, mother Catherine of Sandersville, GA, step- daughter Julie L. Cross of Alliance, OH, brother David Brain of Akron, OH, sisters: Catherine Gessler of Westerville, OH, Christine Gaskin of Orangeburg, SC, Lorraine vanLoenen of Bartow, GA, and Janice O’Donnell of Bribie Island, Australia, and 2 grandchildren Reese and Riley. She was preceded in death by her father. Visitation will be at 4pm Sunday, October 22, 2006 at the Crosser Funeral Home, Oak Harbor. Family services were held in Alliance, OH.
