Robert Reinkoester

Our beloved father, grandfather, and brother, Robert William Reinkoester passed away January 15, 2013 in South Jordan, UT. He was born October 6, 1915 in Cleveland, OH to Herman and Dora (Broker) Reinkoester. He married Betty Wightman February 13, 1944 in Port Clinton, OH. Robert was proud of his service in the Army during WWII as an M.P. He was an active member of the St. Matthews Lutheran Church. Robert enjoyed his long association with young men as a Scout Master in the B.S.A. He is survived by his son, Robert Jr. (Linda); niece, Linda (Duane) Rowberry; grandchildren, Andrew (Sarah) Reinkoester and Erin (Josh) Huber; great grandchildren, Peter, Ethan. Preceded in death by parents; wife, Betty; brother, Ralph, sister, Marim. The family would like to express their appreciation to the staff of the Lodge for their loving, tender care of Robert. Graveside services will be held on Friday, January 25, 2013 at 1 p.m. at the Riverview Cemetery in Port Clinton, OH. Neidecker, LeVeck & Crosser Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
