Robert Barr "Rob" Kyle, Iii

Robert Barr “Rob” Kyle, III 52, of Port Clinton, OH passed away Wednesday, December 2, 2020 in Vermilion, OH.  He was born October 16, 1968 in Dearborn, MI the son of William and Sally (Cay) Kyle. Rob graduated from Port Clinton High School and Miami University.  He worked in Logistics for McGraw Hill Education Publishers.  He was a past member of the Port Clinton Yacht Club and was an avid sailor competing in many Sailboat races including the Newport to Bermuda Race. Surviving are his father and step-mother: Bill and Stephanie Kyle of Port Clinton; brother: Tim Kyle of Sandusky and his children: Caitlin(Alex) Wendt and Ryan Kyle; brother: Rick (Tina) Kyle of Chesapeake, VA and their children Emile Kyle and Nicholas Kyle; former wife:  Denise Merreot of Medina.  He was preceded in death by his mother: Sally Foote. Graveside services will be conducted at Catawba Island Cemetery at a later date.  Memorial contributions may be given to Friends of Port Clinton Parks, 105 Hayes, Port Clinton, OH 43452 or Ottawa County Community Foundation, P.
