Richard W. Sayre

Richard W. Sayre, 70, formerly of Elmore died Thursday, June 21, 2007 at Harborside Healthcare in Perrysburg, Ohio. He was born Sept. 18, 1936 in Toledo, OH to the late Francis and Marjorie (Peters) Sayre. On December 13 1956 he married the former Ronna L. Turner who preceded him in death in 1975. Mr. Sayre was a retired Tool & Die Maker and loved to tinker with tools. Survivors include his daughters: Diane (Mike) Murray and Carole Sayre both of Elmore, brothers Larry (Diana) Sayre of Georgia, William “Bill” (Marcia) Sayre of Florida, sister Caroline Koskoski of Florida, 6 grandchildren & 7 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by daughter Christine Sayre, and sister Suzanne Robbins. Services will be private, and burial will be in Harris-Elmore Union Cemetery.
