Richard R. Rahm

Richard R. Rahm, 74 of Oak Harbor, OH died peacefully Sunday, March 10, 2024 at his home under the care of daughters Holly and Becky along with Hospice Care. He was born September 25, 1949 in Port Clinton, OH to the late William J. and Helen (Meinke) Rahm Jr. He was a 1967 graduate of Oak Harbor High School. Dick retired in 2008 as a Processing Engineer from Fenner Dunlop, Port Clinton.

He had a love for trains, reading, history, the game of chess, baseball card collecting and sports. Favorite teams included Ohio State, The Guardians, and the Cleveland Browns. Dick loved spending time with the Brown Backers Club in Oak Harbor. Without a doubt his biggest love were his grandchildren. Grandpa was their biggest fan, offering encouragement and support in all that they did.

Survivors include his children: Tiffany (Chad) Prielipp of Lambertville, MI, Holly (Shaun) Sieger of Huron, OH and Becky Rahm of Oak Harbor, OH; grandchildren: Ryan & Peyton Prielipp, Addison, Jackson, & Samuel Sieger, and Brayden Garcia; mother of his children (of whom he remained close) Sue (Renz) Rahm, of Oak Harbor; and sister Karla (Fred) Fanter of Bay Village, OH and nieces Ericka Fanter and Nadine Fanter Briehl and nephew Fred Fanter Jr.

All services for Richard will be handled privately by the family through the care of Crosser & Priesman Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Oak Harbor Chapel.
