Rhonda E. Griffith

Rhonda E. Griffith, 54, of Marblehead, OH and formerly of Marion, OH passed away Thursday, July 27, 2023 at her home. She was born December 8, 1968 in Marion, OH the daughter of Kenneth Ray and Ardith Irene (Stayner) Lobdell. Rhonda was a 911 Dispatcher for the Delaware County Sheriff Department. She married Max Griffith, Jr. on May 19, 1989 and he survives.

Surviving are her husband: Max; step-children: Jessica (Jim) Mahler of Marblehead, Jared (Dana) Griffith of Marblehead, Justin (Stephanie) Griffith of Sandusky; grandchildren: Alayna Mahler, Zachary Mahler, Jaresin Griffith, Madexx Griffith, Liam Griffith, Reid Griffith, Aldin Griffith, Gatlin Griffith; siblings: Ronald (Pat) Aleshire of Delaware, OH, Randy (Linnea) Aleshire of North Lewisburg, OH, Rita (Dave Rollison) Aleshire of Marion, OH, Kathleen (Charles) Whitt of Big Island, OH, Jenna Allen of Delaware, OH and Heather (Chuck Bair) Pittman of West Salem , OH. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral services will be conducted 5:30 pm Monday, July 31, 2023 at Erie Shores Assembly of God, 220 S. Gill Rd. Port Clinton, OH 43452 with visitation at the church Monday from 3:30 pm until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to Marblehead Lighthouse Historical Society, P. O. Box 144 Marblehead, OH 43440.
