Raymond G. Andersen Jr.

Raymond G. Andersen Jr., 69 of Oak Harbor, OH died Sunday, July 8, 2012 at his home. He was born June 30, 1943 in Kenosha, WI to the late Raymond G. and Mayme (Lettau) Andersen Sr. He was a 1962 graduate of Mary D. Bradford High School, Kenosha, WI. On December 23, 1964 he married the former Judith M. Lyon and she survives. Ray was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He was a Tool and Die maker for American Motors in Wisconsin for years but retired in 2001 from Chrysler, Perrysburg, OH. He held memberships in Shriners, Mid- Ohio Winnies, and a life membership with the former Pike Lodge #355 F. & A.M., now currently the Unity Lodge #387 F. & A.M. Ray enjoyed camping, boating, working on show cars, and race cars. Survivors include his wife Judith of Oak Harbor; son Raymond G. (Sharon) Andersen III of Toledo, OH; daughter Shelly L. Randalls of Madison, WI; sisters: Joyce Pluhar of Racine, WI and Jane Bezotte of Kenosha, WI; grandchildren: Chrystal Andersen, Kristina Jelinek, Roy Randalls Jr., Christopher Randalls, Stephanie Page, Brianna Andersen, Raymond Andersen IV, Miranda Andersen, and Judith Andersen. He was preceded in death by his parents, infant son Barry A. Andersen, and brother Jack Andersen. Memorial Services will begin at 10:30am Thursday, July 12, 2012 at St. Peter Lutheran Church (Blackberry), Martin, Ohio with the Rev. Monty Kaufman officiating.
