Polly A. Schrader

Polly A. Schrader, 65 of Martin, OH died Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at Mercy- St. Vincent Medical Center, Toledo, OH following a brief illness. She was born December 23, 1959 in Toledo, OH to the late Nicholas and Shyrle (Swanson) Moskal. She was a 1978 graduate of Waite High School, Toledo. On June 20, 1995 she married Edward Schrader and he survives. Polly worked for Jeep for a number of years and when she retired she delivered medication to local nursing homes. You could never contact her daily between 2-3pm as she was watching her favorite Soap, General Hospital.

Survivors include her husband Edward of Martin, OH; daughters: Tanya (David Beck) Hurst of Curtice and April (Anthony) Blasetzky of Oak Harbor, OH; son John Hurst of Fremont, OH; step-sons Edward Schrader Jr and Dennis Robinson; step-daughter Jennifer (Greg) Fillmore of Oak Harbor; 15 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild with more due this year; and brother Paul Moskal. She was preceded in death by her son Eric Hurst, and brothers Mark and Edward Moskal.

There will be no services and cremation has taken place under the care of Crosser & Priesman Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Oak Harbor. Polly’s wishes were to be buried on the family lot in Kentucky. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer’s Association.
