Phyllis A. Boss

Phyllis A. Boss, 84 of Elmore, OH died Wednesday, March 13, 2013 at Riverview Health Care Campus, Oak Harbor, OH. She was born September 21, 1928 in Woodville, OH to the late George and Alice (Ohm) Bringe. She attended Solomon Lutheran Parochial School, was a graduate of Woodville High School and went on to obtain her cosmetology license. On February 6, 1954 she married Edward Boss who preceded her in death July 27, 1993. Phyllis was a beautician in the Genoa area before becoming a homemaker. She was a member of Solomon Lutheran Church, Woodville, Pride and Joy Mother's Club, the Dorcas Society, and the Ottawa County Farm Bureau. Survivors include her daughter Kaye Boss of Elmore, son Mark (Dawn) Boss of Elmore, OH; and grandchildren: Nicole, Daniel, Samuel Boss and Jamie Abraham; great- grandchild Donnevin Murray. Visitation will be Sunday from 2-8pm at the Crosser Funeral Home, Elmore- Genoa Chapel. Funeral Services will begin at 11am Monday, March 18, 2013 at Solomon Lutheran Church with Pastor Kristina V. Ahlman officiating. Burial will be in Elliston Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial Contributions may be given to: Solomon Lutheran Church, Harris- Elmore E.M.S. or Stein Hospice.
