Peggy A. McClellan, 49 of Port Clinton, OH, died Friday, November 25, 2005 at Riverview Health Care Campus, Oak Harbor, OH. She was born January 18, 1956 in Port Clinton, a daughter of Howard and Mary (Byington) Dye. She is survived by a son Charles Raymond McClellan of TN; sisters Brenda Barton of Oak Harbor and Sandra Vitte of Helena; brothers Dale Byington of Surgoinsville, TN and Jimmy Dye of Port Clinton. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles McClellan and her parents. Visitation will be from 5 – 8 pm Sunday at the Neidecker, LeVeck and Crosser Funeral Home, Port Clinton where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday. Interment will be in LaCarpe Cemetery.
