Peggy A. Beach

Peggy A. Beach, 76 of Port Clinton, OH died suddenly Friday, November 1, 2013 at Magruder Hospital, Port Clinton. She was born December 15, 1936 in Port Clinton to the late Roy D. and Martha J. (Steffens) Rahm. On November 2, 1957 she married Robert L. Beach who preceded her in death September 5, 2009. Peggy worked for many years as a waitress for Underwood's Restaurant in Port Clinton and more recently at the U.S. Post Office in Lacarne, OH. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Port Clinton. Survivors include her brother Gerald Rahm of Port Clinton; son Jeffrey (Bonnie Adams) Beach of Canal Winchester, OH; daughters: Pamela Martinez of North Olmsted, OH and Barbara (Terry Vollmer) Beach of Port Clinton; son-in-law Dennis Fredrick of Rocky Ridge, OH; grandchildren: Amanda Fredrick, Joshua Fredrick, Justin Beach, Laura Vollmer, Adam Beach and Kaitlin Beach; 5 great- grandchildren; extended family: Brenda (Robert) Mahon, Rhonda (Robert) McClanahan, Cindy Baker, Tiffani and Alyssa McClanahan. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter Becky Fredrick, brother Wayne Rahm, sister Evelyn Rahm and grandson Corey Beach. Visitation will be Wednesday evening from 6-8pm at the Crosser Funeral Home, Oak Harbor. Funeral services will begin at 11am Thursday, November 7, 2013 at the Funeral Home, Oak Harbor.
