Pearl Alice Chapman, 76, of Oak Harbor, formerly of Port Clinton, Ohio passed away at Ottawa County Riverview Healthcare Campus on January 17, 2025. She was born in Ohio on June 1, 1948 to Charles and Elda (Race) Westfall. Pearl was faced with many challenges in life, but Pearl kept a positive, loving and fun attitude. She often would say, “Why not!” to nearly everything she did. She was spunky and energetic and loved life and people.
Pearl enjoyed car rides, dressing up, giving and receiving hugs, feeding the birds and squirrels, cleaning up her local park, and watching tv. Her “Girls” were very important to her, especially her “Big Girl” Michelle Larkins.
She is survived by her children: Mary Ann, Connie, Paul, Jr; sister: Phyllis Stoops; brothers, Louie Westfall, Thomas Westfall. She was preceded in death by her parents; son: Charlie; sister: Helen Baker and brother: Wayne Westfall.

Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Thursday, January 23, 2025 at Neidecker, Crosser and Priesman Funeral Home, & Cremation Service, 1124 Fulton St. Port Clinton, OH where brief funeral services will begin at 5:00 pm Thursday. Interment will be at 11:00 am Friday, January 24, 2025 at Sackett Cemetery, 7740 E. Harbor Rd., Lakeside-Marblehead.
