Paula L. Kaiser

Paula L. Kaiser, 52, of Port Clinton, OH passed away Tuesday, July 25, 2023 at Promedica Toledo Hospital. She was born January 20, 1971 in Zanesville, OH the daughter of the late Harold and Betsy Lee (Allen) Pennington. Paula was a STNA for Otterbein North Shore in Lakeside, Ohio. Her whole world revolved around her grandchildren and never missed a sporting event. She enjoyed camping with family and friends and never met a stranger. She loved to garden and be outside in her yard with her ducks. She enjoyed riding her motorcycle as much as possible. She dedicated a lot of her time at her job as an Stna. Her passion was to help people and always made sure everyone was taken care of and felt loved. She put other people’s needs before her own and never wanted anything in return. She would have done anything for anyone just to see them smile.

Surviving are her daughters: Betsy (Dustin Mulligan) Fultz of Marblehead, OH, Brittany (Nick Goff) Fultz of Marblehead, OH; son: Jacob Fultz of Jacksonville, FL; grandchildren: Parker McMurray, Katelyn Mulligan, Lane Mulligan, Carson Colwell, Savannah Goff, Tripp Goff, Reina Fultz; siblings: Deborah (Keith) King of Crooksville, OH, Dwayne (Tammy) Pennington of Marblehead, OH, Lisa (Jeff) Balka of Utica, OH, Mark (Stephanie) Pennington of New Lexington, OH, Bug (Angie) Pennington of Corning, OH, April (Rick Chevelier) Pennington of Crooksville, OH and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be held Saturday, July 29, 2023 from 2:00 – 3:00 pm at Neidecker, Crosser & Priesman Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 1124 Fulton St. Port Clinton, OH 43452. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 3:00 pm Saturday, July 29, 2023. Memorial contributions may be given to the family. Interment will be in Oak Field Cemetery, Corning, OH.
