Paul T. Schutt, 82, of Port Clinton died Sunday, October 12, 2008 at Riverview Health Care Campus, Oak Harbor. He was born September 24, 1926 in Oak Harbor, OH to the late Fred and Susanna (Ravas) Schutt. He was a United States Army Veteran and member of Resurrection Lutheran Church, Catawba. Paul worked in the Mail Room at the Erie Army Depot in Port Clinton, and in the offices of the Lewis Research Center in Cleveland, OH retiring in 1988. He enjoyed watching sports and participated in various pool and bowling leagues in Port Clinton. Paul was a great cook and loved to be outside, gardening and caring for his flowers. Survivors include his sister-In- law Martha Schutt and his niece LuAnn Schutt both of Port Clinton. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Lowell F. Schutt and infant sister Lois M. Schutt. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4-8pm at the Crosser Funeral Home, Oak Harbor. Funeral Services will begin at 1pm Thursday, October 16, 2008 at the Funeral Home with the Rev. Kurt Burows officiating. Burial will be in Salem Township Union Cemetery, Oak Harbor with Military Honors provided by American Legion Post 114, Oak Harbor.
