Patricia Below

Patricia Below, 85, of Lakeside, Ohio passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Thursday, April 3, 2014 at Otterbein North Shore Retirement Center in Lakeside. She was born on May 27, 1928 in Marblehead, Ohio, the daughter of the late Steve and Mary (Chura) Robel. She married Robert Below on January 14, 1947 and he survives. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Port Clinton. She enjoyed taking care of her family as she was very loving and devoted to them. Survivors include her husband: Bob; sons: Russell Alan (Jackie) Below, Lima, Ohio and Bruce Edward (Bel) Below, Port Clinton, Ohio; daughters: Barbara Ann Zam, Wappapello, Missouri and Kathy Marie (Scott) Shammo, Decatur, Alabama; twelve grandchildren and twenty-five great-grandchildren; brother: Paul (Phyllis) Robel, Bullhead City, Arizona; and sister: Jeanne (Keith) Hodel, Sebastian, Florida. She was preceded in death by her parents; her son: Robert David Below; her brother: Stephen James "Jimmy" Robel and her sister: Mary Ann Bodner. There will be no visitation or services as cremation has taken place. Memorial contributions may be made to Stein Hospice, 1200 Sycamore Line, Sandusky, Ohio 44870.
