Nicholas Moskal

Nicholas Z. (Zbigniew) Moskal, 95 of Oak Harbor, OH died Monday, September 23, 2024 at his home under Hospice Care. He was born July 18, 1929 in Poland to Jan and Anna (Harpula) Moskal. In his younger years Nicholas spent years as a trapeze artist, where he traveled many places performing. He also served Poland in the Polish Army and spent time in a German Concentration Camp. He married Shyrle Lois Ann (Swanson) who preceded him in death on May 24, 2021.

Survivors include his son Paul Moskal of Oak Harbor, OH; daughter Polly Schrader of Martin, OH; sister Stanislawa Jermak of Poland; 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, sons Mark and Edward Moskal, sister Lucja Bandas, and grandson Eric Hurst.

There will be no services as his wishes were to be cremated by Crosser & Priesman Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Oak Harbor Chapel. Memorial Contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice. Online condolences may be shared with the family at www.crosserpriesmanfuneralhome.com.
