Naomi E. Heilman

July 5, 1932 — July 19, 2020

Naomi E. Heilman, 88 formerly of Elmore, OH ,went home to spend eternity with her Lord on July 19, 2020. She was born July 5, 1932 in Pemberville, OH to the late Herbert and Philmina (Farr) Brinker. She was a 1950 graduate of Luckey High School. In June, 8,1951 she married Robert L. Heilman who preceded her in death on December 6, 1999. Naomi worked as a waitress, Sears as a salesperson, and co-owned Wall Wonders (gift shop) in the Woodville Mall. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Elmore. Naomi spent endless hours following her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved going to all sports events, concerts, Christmas programs, birthday parties and just visiting with the children, playing with everyone's pets. She loved playing Bingo, going to Casinos with family and friends. She also loved scrapbooking, gardening and shopping. Naomi was a Girl Scout and Boy Scout leader with her sons and daughters. She Loved to travel with family and friends. She loved worshipping the Lord and listening to Christian music. Survivors include her children: David (Dusty) Heilman of Delaware, OH, Jerry (Kathy) Heilman of Genoa, OH, Sandy (Bill) Calvert of Monroe, MI, Missy Blausey of Moline, OH, Scott (Carol) Heilman of Gibsonburg, OH, Mindy (Chris) Noe of Toledo, OH, Tina Hyde of Gibsonburg, OH; daughter- in- law Aeleen Heilman of Oregon, OH (wife and mother of Naomi's late beloved son Matt and grandson, Joshua); 20 grandchildren; 25 great- grandchildren; sisters: Shirley (Glenn) Rahe of Wadsworth, OH and Phyllis (Dale) Duquette of Columbia City, IN. She was also preceded in death by her brothers Fredrick and his wife Doris Brinker and Dale Brinker. Visitation will be Thursday from 4-8 pm at the Crosser & Priesman Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Elmore- Genoa Chapel. Due to the Covid19 Pandemic, the family would prefer observance of social distancing and mask wearing for visitation. Also due to the Covid19 Pandemic, Private Funeral Services will be held on Friday at Trinity Lutheran Church with the Rev. Stephen Lutz officiating. Burial will be in Harris- Elmore Union Cemetery.
