May 21, 1940 — May 10, 2021

Nancy Lee Miller, 80 of Elmore, OH died Monday, May 10, 2021 at ProMedica Toledo Hospital, Toledo, OH. She was born May 21, 1940 in Antwerp, Ohio to the late Marcell and Grace (Kerns) Frasier Sr. On October 25, 1958 she married Rush Miller who preceded her in death on January 27, 1991. Nancy worked at NAMSA and BEC from 1976 through 1986 as a Microbiology Supervisor. Nancy gradually lost her hearing and was completely deaf by her mid-twenties due to osteogenesis imperfecta. She was a volunteer at St Charles hospital for over 20 years, she was a blood donor for over 20 years, and she transcribed printed reading materials to braille for the visually impaired to read. Nancy enjoyed camping her entire life and shared that joy with her grandkids in the back yard as often as possible. She enjoyed reading books, doing crossword puzzles, and watching Jeopardy. She was always up for a trip to the casinos, playing a game of scrabble, and playing Russian Rummy for hours. She enjoyed bowling in the leagues in Elmore for many years. Nancy shared her love of cooking whether it was teaching family how to make homemade noodles, or biscuits and gravy, and would make family wedding cakes. She was a member of St. Paul- Trinity United Methodist Church, Elmore. Her greatest joy were her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Survivors include her sons: Dr. Gregory Miller of AZ, Floyd Miller of Elmore, OH, Andrew (Margaret) Miller of Toledo, OH, Todd (Carrie) Miller of Maumee, OH, Marc (Deborah) Miller of Sylvania, OH, and Paul Frasier of Toledo, OH; grandchildren: Benjamin (Hitomi) Miller, Debora (David) Adae, Alexandra (Jacob) Newlon, Sheridan Miller, Ryan Miller, Courtney Freels, Katelyn Freels, Tyler Miller, Trenton Miller, Jessica Lawson, Savannah Lawson, Kendall Miller, Landon Miller, Mallory Miller, PJ Frasier, Caleb Fraiser, and Lucas Frasier; great- grandchildren: Zeyden Miller, Navy Miller, Ali Adae, Lainey Adae, Evee Adae, Arya Adae (deceased), Ava Martin, and Ella Martin; brothers Marcell Frasier, Jr. and Peter Frasier; sisters Rocile Rowan and Ida Wozniak; and Peggy Noftz, and multiple nephews and nieces.
