Nancy L. Meighan

Nancy L. Meighan, 68. of Port Clinton, OH, died Monday, January 15, 2007 at Edgewood Manor Nursing Center, Port Clinton. She was born on February 14, 1938, in Canton, Ohio, the daughter of the late William Ward & Charlotte Grace (Anderson) Smith. Nancy was a homemaker, and a member of The Wesleyan Church in Port Clinton, member of the Missionary Program, and also a former volunteer at Magruder Hospital. Her hobbies included baking, cooking, playing bingo and blackjack, arts & crafts, and going on outings. Survivors include her good friend, Virginia “Ginger” Carr & family, and her extended family at Edgewood Manor Nursing Center. She was preceded in death by her parents. Friends may call from 1-4 & 6-8 P.M. Thursday, at the Neidecker, LeVeck & Crosser Funeral Home, Port Clinton, where funeral services will be held at 10:30 A.M. Friday. Pastor Noel Hubler will officiate, and interment will follow in LaCarpe Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the activities fund at Edgewood Manor Nursing Center.
