Myron R. "Mike" Fredrick

Myron R. “Mike” Fredrick, 80 of Port Clinton, OH died Saturday, June 15, 2024 at Riverview Health Care Campus, Oak Harbor under Hospice Care. He was born October 2, 1943 in Port Clinton, OH to the late Donald and Delma (Stiffler) Fredrick. He was a 1961 graduate of Oak Harbor High School.

Mike wore many hats when it came to working. He was a truck driver for Humbert Trucking and Roadway, Paramedic for Hancock County, Police officer for Findlay Police Department, and a Security Guard for Wackenhut Security when he lived in Florida. He served the Village of Oak Harbor as a volunteer for Mid-County E.M.S. and Portage Fire District.

Survivors include his children: Glen Fredrick and Amy Garber; grandchildren: Ashley and Alyssa; great-grandchildren: Blaine, Kaylyn, Claude, and Scarlette; brother Dennis; and sister Michelle. He was also preceded in death by brother Dean and sister Diane.

Services will be announced at a later date by Crosser & Priesman Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Oak Harbor Chapel. Interment will be in Limestone Cemetery, Benton Township.
