Millie A. Phelps, 96, of Port Clinton, Ohio went to be with the Lord in the company of her loving family on May 26, 2008. Millie was born January 13, 1912 in Greenup, Kentucky to Charles Thomas Mullens and Mollie Elizabeth Skaggs. She married Estel Phelps on March 27, 1935 in Ironton, Ohio. She was a homemaker and loved to quilt and sew. She enjoyed being with family. She resided with her nephew Randy Royster and Penny DuBois. She enjoyed the company of her special niece, LaVonne Royster and great nieces, Theresa Elder, Angie Auxter and Kalee Royster and many more nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. Millie was preceded in death by her parents, husband, adopted infant son, six sisters and five brothers. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 28, from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at Neidecker, LeVeck & Crosser Funeral Home, Port Clinton. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 29, at 11:00 AM at the funeral home with Brother Richard Mills officiating. Burial will follow in Riverview cemetery.
