Mildred L. Magsig, 90, of Genoa, OH, and formerly of Elmore, OH, died Tuesday morning at Genoa Care Center. She was born in Elmore on March 10, 1917, the daughter of August & Hattie (Coger) Bothe. Mildred enjoyed traveling and spending time in her garden. On November 28, 1936, she married Clayton L. Magsig, and she preceded her in death on December 6, 1973. Mildred is survived by her daughters, Barbara Rollins, Genoa, and Annette Brewster, Elmore; son, Russell Magsig, Anza, CA; grandchildren. Derrick Rollins, Lisa Leach, Alan Magsig, Jeff Rollins, Shari Bail, Chris Magsig, Charlie Brewster, Dan Brewster, and Paul Brewster. Also surviving are several great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents. The family will receive friends from 11:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Friday at the Crosser Funeral Home, Elmore, where funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday. Interment will be in Clay Township Cemetery, Genoa. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or to a charity of the donor's choice.
