Michelle Louise Troxel

Michelle "Shelley" L. Troxel, 38, of Orlando, Florida, and formerly of Marblehead, Ohio died Tuesday, January 12, 2010 at Dr. P. Phillips Hospital in Orlando, Florida. She was born on June 24, 1971 in Amherst, Ohio, the daughter of Harry and Patricia (Redinger) Troxel. She was a devoted mom who loved spending time with her children. At the age of 20, Shelley moved to Orlando to fulfill her dream of working for Walt Disney where she was employed as an inventory control clerk for the past 18 years. Shelley is survived by her mother, three children, Jacob and Mackenzie Elliott, ages 13 and 10, and Chloe Krause, age 5, and her companion John Krause, all of Orlando, Florida; siblings: Rita (Dale) Daniels, of Wakeman, OH; Robert (Lea) Troxel, of Norwalk, OH; Peggy (Bruce) Bender, of Commerce, MI; Deborah (David) Troxel-Dorobek , of Fremont, OH; and Diane (Mark) Calcagno, of Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina; 18 nieces and nephews; 2 great nieces and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, Harry. There will be no visitation. A memorial mass to celebrate Shelley's life will be held on Saturday, January 23, 2010 at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Marblehead, Ohio with Reverend Daniel J. Ring, officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the "Michelle Troxel Childrens Fund" which is set up at Key Bank, 11 Main Street, Wakeman, Ohio 44889.
