Melissa L. Greer, 70, of Port Clinton, OH passed away Thursday, July 25, 2024 at Magruder Hospital, Port Clinton, OH. She was born October 27, 1953 in Bucyrus, OH the daughter of Henry and Ruth (Groves) Pence. She married Joseph Steven Greer on July 5, 1975 and he preceded her in death on Nov. 4, 2004.
Surviving are her son: Joseph Stephen Greer of Castalia, OH; daughter: Christina Anne (Michael) Williams of Mansfield; grandchildren: Lily and Steven Williams. She was preceded in death by her husband: Joseph; siblings: James Pence, Gloria Legron, Deborah Sue Pence and Sharon K. Brewer.
Memorial services will be conducted 6:00 pm Friday, August 2, 2024 at Neidecker, Crosser & Priesman Funeral Home, 1124 Fulton St. Port Clinton, OH. Memorial contributions may be given to Pioneer Police Department, P. O. Box 426, Pioneer, OH 43554, Edgewood Manor Care Center, 1330 Fulton St. Port Clinton, OH 43452 or to the family for funeral costs.
