Mary P. Fox

Mary P. Fox, 82, of Put-in-Bay died Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at Stein Hospice, Sandusky, OH. She was born June 18, 1931 in Lorain, OH the daughter of Kenneth and Margaret (Judge) Eastin. She married Richard H. Fox on June 3, 1948 and he preceded her in death on Oct. 7, 2012. Mrs. Fox along with her husband were the owners and operators of Fox Stone Products, Put-in-Bay. She was a member of St. Paul Episcopal Church, the church Altar Guild, Put-in-Bay American Legion Auxiliary and she was an assistant Girl Scout Leader. Surviving are her daughter: Ruth Scarpelli of Put-in-Bay; son: Ken Fox of Put-in-Bay; grandchildren: Rachel Riddle, Katherine Fox, Jon Scarpelli, Joseph Scarpelli; great -grandchildren: Richard, Julie, Katie Scarpelli, Kayden Fox, Lauren, Isla, Eli, Xander Riddle, Harper Scarpelli; sister: Peggy Augenstein of Marion, OH. Graveside Services will be conducted 11:30 am Saturday, Nov. 30, 2013 at Mapleleaf Cemetery, Put-in-Bay followed by a meal at St. Paul Episcopal Church Under Croft. Memorial contributions may be given to Stein Hospice, St. Paul Episcopal Church or Victory Church, Fremont. Neidecker, LeVeck & Crosser Funeral Home, Port Clinton is handling the arrangements.
