Mary Ellen Geib

Mary Ellen Geib, 82 of Elmore, OH died Sunday, March 24, 2013 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg. She was born June 25, 1930 in Lemont Furnace, PA to the late John and Elizabeth Ellen (Dillinger) Tretinik, Sr. On April 7, 1955 she married Robert Geib who preceded her in death on January 19, 1976. Mrs. Geib was mostly a homemaker who worked in the industrial sector earlier in her life. Survivors include her children John David Geib of Canton, OH and Patricia Lee Garcia of Elmore; grandchildren: Rob Kroeger and Rhiannon Kroeger- D'Souza; great- grandchildren Aydin and Case Kroeger; sisters: Eleanor Bart and Rosella Tisma of Atlanta, GA and Drusilla Pasiadis of Willoughby, OH. She was also preceded in death by a brother John Tretinik, Jr. in 1975, and sister Esther Lillian DelSignore in 2000. Graveside services will begin at 1pm Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at the Henry Warstler Cemetery, Canton, OH. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
