Mary C. Roberts

Mary Catherine Roberts, 68, of Oak Harbor died Monday, May 4, 2009 at Riverview Health Care Campus, Oak Harbor. She was born January 9, 1941 in Port Clinton, OH to the late Melvin & Goldie (Cutcher) Velliquette. She married Richard Roberts, who preceded her in death December 24, 1980. Mary worked for many years at Underwood's Restaurant in Port Clinton. She also cleaned homes and provided care for shut-ins. Survivors include her sons: Tim (Rhonda) Roberts of Oak Harbor and Mark Velliquette of Plain View, IN and 3 grandchildren. She also has four brothers: Ted, Larry, Sanford, and Robert Velliquette and sister Doris Kilgore. Two younger brothers also preceded her in death. Friends may call from noon to 1:00 P.M. Friday at Crosser Funeral Home, Oak Harbor. Graveside Services will be held at 1:00 P.M., Friday, May 8, 2009 at Union Cemetery, Oak Harbor. Memorial contributions may be given to the family.
