Marlene Ann Rogier Oliver Evans, age 69, formerly of Port Clinton and a graduate of PCHS class of '61, passed away Monday, October 29, 2012 at her home in Rockwood, TN. After the death of her parents, John Rogier and Grace (Oman) Rogier, and then death of the father of her children, Bill Oliver; Marlene began a new chapter in her life by moving to TN in 1982. She worked for the Department of Energy at the Oak Ridge, TN Y-12 Weapons Facility, and the K-25 Enrichment Facility from where she retired in October of 2011. Marlene was courageous, witty, smart, and had a wonderful sense of humor. She was loved and admired by everyone who knew her. She is survived by a son and daughter in law, Douglas and Angie Oliver of Kingston, TN; a daughter and son in law, Deborah and Bobby McFalls of Kingston, TN; a grandson, Ryan Barry, and a granddaughter, Marlena Alexander, her namesake. Burial and committal service will be held on Saturday, Dec. 1, 2012 at Riverview Cemetery at 10:00 am with Father John C. Missler officiating.
